PlayZap is a play-to-earn community-driven gaming platform where players can compete on proven and highly engaging skill-based competitive games to win various crypto rewards. Our Mission: PlayZap is a platform built for real-time, multiplayer online games. Our goal is to develop an infrastructure that can power online games that are both fun and engaging for our players. At the same time, we want to build a platform that generates revenue for game developers and content creators, while also rewarding the users for their time investment and their focus. We’re building a framework that will allow anyone to create and publish multiplayer online games on the blockchain, with all the tools needed to succeed.

On PlayZap, a variety of skilled, competitive games are set to be published either by our in-house team or by second and third-party developers and partners. Each entry of our roster will test our users' abilities while letting them earn $PlayZap tokens and build their reputation as gamers. Our platform is built on a decentralized blockchain metaverse, and we are the only institution in the space that rewards players on the sole basis of their in-game performance.
We provide a space for users of all backgrounds and skill levels to compete for glory and rewards, on their terms, in the games they love. Our goal is to bring a mainstream audience of non-developer enthusiasts and gamers together into the world of blockchain gaming. PlayZap is the first app that allows users to connect their favorite dApps games to our platform, enabling them to trade, search, use, and sell their favorite NFTs and ERC-721 tokens in all different dApps. PlayZap allows users to easily manage their digital assets across blockchains and enables them to trade and exchange these digital assets with other players or with the PlayZap marketplace. Users can also use their PlayZap wallet to store their NFTs and ERC-721 tokens and sell them for $ZAP, which is the in-game currency of the PlayZap metaverse.
Partnering with many different launchpads - already more than 25+ we’re talking with, regarding marketing or some othe form of partnership, we want to gain from their community. The official names that we have confirmed for launch are: Seedify, TrustPad, EnjinStarter, PAID Launchpad (Ignition), MoonStarter, SynapseNetwork, Meta Gaming Guild, Starter.xyz. Obviously we didn’t signed any docs as of yet, so we’re still flexible on this term if KuCoin would like to do the IEO. As well all of these launchpads have some sort of investment allocation for them and their community from private sale, so even if we will have to change something then they still will be happy with the outcome. One of our products is platform just like Gala Games or Steam, we’re going to partner with many different P2E projects, we’re looking at launching with 50-70 P2E projects on our platform for our users to play, so we’re looking to partner with them, our team, advisors, launchpads, people we work with are connected to around 500+ P2E projects, as well Polygon Studio just mentioned that they would like to connect us with some top-tier guys.
In addition to that we’re talking with Seedify, and we’re going to give their influencer 75k investment allocation to bring value in terms of their community.

Partner/ Developer Program: Allows other P2E projects and game developers to join PlayZap as a partner to bring their games and share a match fee. This will help us in following ways:

- Help game developers to make their games web3 enabled and make them generate upto 50% revenue on their games

Tournament and PVP match fee
PlayZap is designed in esports styled format where each game offers competitive tournaments (range of pooled matches) and one to one multiplayer matches.

- Paid matches
Free matches are funded by our reward pool that allows us to make our product accessible to free players when they come onboard and continue to engage and retain offering free matches and the opportunity to win playzap tokens without investing at first place. These matches are limited in prize pool and player needs to grind towards winning these tokens by playing matches regularly and coming back to the product. This is our habit-forming approach to engage and retain.
Paid matches - There are paid prize pool matches that allows players to participate with small token and opportunity to win large token pool size by competing against other players.
For example We organise a tournaments for 1000 players with an entry fee of 100 tokens as participant in fee that forms total prize pool of 100,000 tokens. On this prize pool, we take our match fee which is somewhere between 10% - 25% (let’s assume 20% for the simulation). So the net prize pool is
Total prize pool formed by players - playzap match fee (20%)
100,000 - 20,000 = 80,000
Once the tournament is over, we distribute the net prize pool to top winners (let’s say top 100). So the 80,000 tokens will be distributed among top 100 winners.
In this case, 20,000 tokens is our revenue on this tournament. In which, we will put back 5,000 - 10,000 towards our reward pool that allows us to organise free tournaments and engages free new players. Rest goes back to the revenue of the platform.

In game ads and brand partnership
We are going to partner with leaders in in-game ads business ie admix. This will allow us to bring large brands as a part of our metaverse ad placement in more seamless way. Think red bull brand on our homepage.
Our revenue share is
- 70% on ads revenue
- 50% of any branded nfts sold on our platform
We will be launching NFTs in Q3/Q4 offering premium and long term value in the context of play-to-earn. Our first set of NFTs will be similar to Game pass In 5 category ie common, rare, premium, gold and legend. It unlocks various benefits at the platform to improve their earning experience and grows values over the time.

Our partner program allows other P2E gaming partner to drop their games to our platform. This will solve major discovery issue for players to play their favourite games under one place.
- first x months, we will incentivise our partners with our tournament revenue. We will allocate 5% of playzap revenue for P2E partner program
- They only need to drop the game and agree with us to give us minimum one year non exclusive partnership term
- After the initial period when we start driving sizable players, we will charge a monthly growth fee.
