Game Hub: Our first game title - Outland Odyssey offers real role-playing experience, coop multiplayer adventures, tournament battles and guild wars with your mates. Players can create their own Dungeon, tame Zeds, complete quests, and collect rare NFT assets.

More games of Path of Avoria and Seed of Destiny will be released in the future.

2.A. GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY

Essentially we have 3 segments in our user adoption model: early adopters, users, and promoters. Early adopters are mostly cryptocurrency investors, gaming creators or gaming enthusiasts, who are eager to try new things and open to risk. Users are SHILL token holders, early adopted players who love the game and enjoy experience in game. Promoters are loyal users who have resources and receive incentives to become our marketers and acquire new adopters.

There will be 3 stages outlining our strategy to acquire specific users in both crypto and traditional games. First, we provide early adopters reasons to switch. Cryptocurrency investors get to know Project SEED as an investment instrument from KOL’s, social media and the investment community. They buy SHILL tokens to store value and expect higher prices in the future as it has fixed supply and it represents the growth of Project SEED ecosystem.

Then we give them reasons to stay. For crypto investors, we will be promoting through NFT Marketplace and Staking & Exchange; meanwhile gaming content creators, community, and tournaments are the main channels we use to acquire traditional game players.

For the final stage of retention, we aim to bring loyal users more than basic customer experience through referral and ambassador programs.

4. REVENUE STREAMS

A project needs to be profitable in order to be sustainable. Therefore, a stable stream of revenue is necessary for the development of the project. Project SEED will be collecting revenue from several sources, which are:

  • Transactions occurring in SEEDex (in-app money changer) will have 0.25% transaction fee. The fee revenue will go to the liquidity provider, ecosystem, project and being burned occasionally. Also, NFT Sold and Rented Out in the Marketplace will be subject to Commission Fee.
  • Advertisement fee: Players are able to buy sponsored items, from armors, items, special armors, or branding buildings with digital billboards. Elegant In-App Advertisement Slot will be available for rental by other projects or related companies, vetted by Project SEED team to avoid phishing and malicious advertisers.
  • Marketplace advertisement fee: Casual players who list their asset on the marketplace could opt for Priority Listing to show on the “Relevant” item search, which will incur extra fees. Professional players who earn their living from games could opt for having an Advertisement Subscription, where their items will always show on the “Relevant” list of items
